Prosecutors have indicted four defendants in the case of MH17

the national public Prosecutor’s office indicted the four defendants in the case about the collapse of the Malaysian Boeing flight MH17 in Ukraine. It is reported TASS with reference to the lawyer of one of accused Elena Mr Kutyin.

She said that the suspects summoned to the Prosecutor’s office for investigation. Kutina said that accused Oleg Pulatova will protect the international group of protection of two Dutch lawyers and one Russian.

“in the implementation of protection we will treat this matter with the deepest respect for the feelings of the families of the victims, and taking into account the basic principle of criminal proceedings, which is the presumption of innocence,” the lawyer said, expressing hope that an objective and independent consideration of the case.

In June 2019 investigators announced the names of four suspects. Among them – the Russians Igor Girkin, Sergey Dubinsky and Oleg Pulatov and Ukrainian Leonid Kharchenko.
