Roskoshestvo did not find heavy metals in a beef stew

Experts Roskoshestvo researched beef stew and found the product heavy metals, pesticides and nitrosamines, the press service of the organization.

As specified, the experts examined 23 trademarks.

“the Product has been researched for 136 indicators of quality and safety, including the contents of potentially harmful substances (lead, cadmium, arsenic, mercury, chromium and other), broad spectrum antibiotics (135 drugs), the mass fraction of meat and fat, impurities, organoleptic characteristics (appearance, smell and taste, texture of meat, appearance broth, canned), net weight, the presence in the product DNA of a cat, chicken, corn, horses, pigs, dogs)”, – stated in the message.

As specified, the experts also checked the microbiological characteristics of beef stew. During the inspection, no violations were detected. All tested products were safe.

Earlier it was reported that Roskoshestvo found no antibiotics, Salmonella and heavy metals in the studied non-potable strawberry yogurt. However, yogurt is one of the brands were found coliform bacteria. Experts have studied the yoghurts for the presence of Staphylococcus aureus, Salmonella and mold. None of the drinks are not found. Also in yogurt, no heavy metals, pesticides, radionuclides, aflatoxin M1, GMOs and exceedances for antibiotics.

the study included 26 brands of strawberry yogurt non-potable Russian production and one yogurt from Belarus and Switzerland.
