Organizations that lease land from the city, and suspended operations for the duration of the restrictions, are exempt from the rent for this period. A fee for the right to trade in the subway will reduce by half.

Adopted by the government of Moscow the second package includes the deferral of property tax and land tax for companies, which are engaged in trading and providing services. From the rents of urban land is additionally freed of an enterprise trade, tourism, public catering, consumer services and hotel business, which has suspended its activities.
