Vladimir Putin and Vladimir Zelensky discussed settlement of the conflict in the Donbas in a telephone conversation, the press service of the Kremlin.

the President of Russia stressed the importance of the full implementation of “complex measures” and the decisions taken at the summit in “channel format”. The Russian leader directly asked whether Kyiv to perform the Minsk agreement.
