The current RKI numbers are there and the numbers are quite astonishing, especially if you look at the development of the past few days!
The RKI reported 620 new infections for yesterday, which means – the reports for new diseases drop significantly by almost 1/3! At the weekend and the beginning we saw numbers close to 1000 and the R-value rose significantly above 1, now this trend seems broken again, a sigh of relief goes through the country! The Robert Koch Institute recently reported 173,772 infections with the new corona virus. Deaths are also developing positively (as far as possible).
7,881 people have died from or with a coronavirus infection, 57 more than the previous day. The RKI estimates the number of those recovered at 152,600. So far more people are healed than Corona. Numbers give courage for Germany's further path through the epidemic!
