The Agency RIA "Novosti" citing a source reported that the government of Russia to prevent the spread of the pandemic in the fashion industry, the possibility of introduction of restriction of movement in the country.

In the midst of a pandemic of mers and the resulting economic crisis, Ukraine was left without two key Ministers – the head of the Ministry of health and the Ministry of Finance. One by one the regions of Russia – from Moscow – imposed quarantine, which is officially called the universal regime of self-isolation. Candidates may not leave the house without a valid reason, a system of special passes to move around the city. And, in all probability, the citizens will be divided into several categories with different packages of rights, and the majority of the control over the undeclared quarantine will undertake a digital infrastructure.
