In Moscow will restore a former textile factory

a Complex of historic buildings in Korobeynikova lane in the Metropolitan area of Moscow will be restored. This was announced by the Chairman of Moskomekspertizu Valery Leonov.

we are Talking about objects of a cultural heritage: Dwelling house with the chambers of F. N. Korobeynikova-Ushakov and hall of the Board of “Partnership manufactories of Ivan Butikov”. Originally in the XVII century there was built the manor. It belonged to taglets living hundreds Fedor Korobeinikova, then it’s been owned by the court counselor Praskovya Ushakov.

In the mid-nineteenth century the building passed to the merchant Ivan Butikov, sastroutomo her several buildings of the textile factory. It subsequently became one of the largest in Moscow. As part of the restoration will be completed the clearing of the facade, restoration of damaged parts, new paint. There will also be recreated faceted chimney and cast iron canopies.

Earlier, Moscow authorities have agreed on a restoration project of the Ryazan tram depot (1910). The ensemble of buildings includes a carriage barn, the building, workshop and garage, house administration, and communicating.
