the Main task of the authorities to combat the spread of coronavirus infection to date is the work in advance, said Prime Minister of Russia Mikhail Mishustin.

the Prime Minister instructed the governors to consider the introduction of additional restrictive measures by the example of Moscow and Moscow region.
According to him, the initiative of Sergei Sobyanin and Andrei Vorobyov to restrict the movement of citizens are a logical continuation of the policy of the President and government.
the Prime Minister said that the Cabinet has approved amendments to the Code of administrative offences concerning strengthening responsibility for violation of the quarantine.
Earlier support changes in the administrative code and expressed in the Russian state Duma Committee on state construction and legislation. The amendments introduce a system of penalties for violation of quarantine in the spread of coronavirus.
the Initiative on introduction of amendments have made the Cabinet. Earlier Mishustin said that it is necessary to stop frivolous attitude to the safety of others and their own health.
