Government supported the allocation of the foreign Ministry from the reserve Fund of the budget for aid to citizens of Russia, remaining abroad. Is the money going to those who could not return home due to coronavirus infection, RIA Novosti reported.

“to Adopt the draft Directive of the Russian Government on this issue”, – stated in the message.

it is Noted that this measure allows the Ministry of foreign Affairs to allocate from the government reserve Fund money, which will be used for payment in other countries, those Russians who are not able to cope with it.

in Addition, the allocated funds will be spent on renewal of documents on the basis of which citizens of the Russian Federation staying on the territory of foreign States.

Earlier it was reported that on April 4 Russia suspends international flights to export Russians to the country. This decision was taken in order to maximize the protection of the health of citizens and the limitations of the new wave of imported cases of the disease coronavirus infection.

The number of allowed flights entered to the export routes for Russian citizens from abroad, as well as speciality with postal, sanitary, humanitarian and a number of other goods.

Subsequently, on March 31, the government is limited to 500 people the number of Russians who can enter the country per day. This limitation of Moscow and in the regions set a lower bar for 200 people.
