In Russia, always humanely treated juvenile delinquents as well as hoping that at a young age they can be re-put on the right path. But despite the humanism, one minor offender all were shot. His name is Arkady neyland.
He was born in a typical Soviet Union family: his mother was a nurse in the hospital, and his father worked as a mechanic, been in the family also brothers and sisters. Detaining the offender, the police was found in possession of important clues: camera, passport Kupreeva and her foster daughter. Also the clothes were traces of dried blood. Arkady hoped he would go to juvie, but the court was severe – he was sentenced to death.
the uniqueness of the situation lies in the fact that for a long time could not find the executor of the sentence, so as to shoot the teenager nobody wanted. But despite this, on 11 August 1964 Arkady neyland was shot.
