The European part of Russia expect frosty nights – Vilfand

the European part of Russia expects the bad weather and cold, below zero, said the scientific Director of the hydrometeorological center Roman Vilfand.

According to him, the first cold will feel the residents of Murmansk region, Karelia, Komi, Arkhangelsk region and St. Petersburg. The specialist said that in the night of Monday in these regions the temperature dropped to minus 10 degrees.

“on the night of Tuesday approximately the same weather will be. A very cold night will be on Wednesday. In Moscow and the region will be -5…-9, and the region to -11 degrees. In the Chernozem areas, too, the temperature is approximately -4”, – quotes the words of Vilfand RIA Novosti.

the Specialist added that in Arkhangelsk, Murmansk and Leningrad regions Monday in the daytime is expected from -1 to +3 degrees.

In the night of Tuesday in these same regions and in Karelia Republic, Komi Republic and Syktyvkar cold to -14. The air temperature in daytime will be from 0 to -2 and in Saint-Petersburg is expected to be +2 degrees.

According to Vilfand, April 1 to -11 degrees is projected in the Arkhangelsk region, in Murmansk will be around -9 C in Vologda up to 10 degrees of a frost, in the Komi Republic to -15.

the Meteorologist added that in the Central district in the night of Tuesday will be about 9 degrees Celsius, and the day before plus 3. The night of 1 April will also be cold.

About the worsening weather in Moscow previously warned in the MOE. The warning stated that up to 21:00 in the city it’s supposed to rain, turning into sleet, snow, strengthening North wind sometimes gusts of 12-17 meters per second, sleet sticking, a Blizzard, a cold snap.

According to forecasts of weather forecasters, on Monday will go sleet. The townspeople are waiting for the Blizzard and the sleet, the wind speed up to 17 meters per second. The temperature will linger around zero during the day, evening – drop to minus 4.

TMS urged Muscovites not to go on the road on summer tires. It was reported that the city expected a sharp cold.
