Officials will pay for this violation from 50 to 150 thousand rubles. Legal person – from 200 to 500 thousand rubles.
If these actions caused the injury or death of a person, but it is not subject to the criminal code, the offender will pay 150 thousand rubles to 300 thousand rubles, officials – from 300 to 500 thousand rubles, legal entities – from 500 thousand to 1 million rubles. Also the activities of a legal entity may be suspended for 90 days.
