One of the participants in the crowdsourcing project came up to hold in Moscow parks themed costume tea party. This is not the reenactment of the party – there are fewer conventions. And no catering: food is not important, although without tea and cakes will not do. The person who came up with this idea and distributed through a crowdsourcing platform of the Moscow Government, – Hermann Lavrentiev – I am sure that this new format will have the heart to many Park visitors.
