In the midst of a pandemic of mers and the resulting economic crisis, Ukraine was left without two key Ministers – the head of the Ministry of health and the Ministry of Finance. At an extraordinary meeting of the Verkhovna Rada deputies have sent in resignation of the Minister of health Ilya Yemets and Minister of Finance Igor Umansky.
