Mishustin urged Russians abroad to ask about the departure in case of need

the Chairman of the government of the Russian Federation Mikhail Mishustin urged Russians abroad to apply for a departure only if they really need to go back to Russia now.

On 27 Mar, Russia stopped regular and Charter flights from foreign States. From 31 March, Russia has restricted the export quantity of Charter flights and the number of visitors per day: at the same time, the country can return no more than 500 people.
