President Vladimir Putin has signed instructions to the government and ministries at the end of a televised address to the citizens in connection with the spread of the coronavirus. The list of instructions published on 29 March, the Kremlin website.
In particular, the President instructed from 1 April for three months to pay the recipients of matkapital for 5 thousand rubles for each child up to three years. He also instructed to set a minimum level of sick pay at the level of the minimum wage. Individuals and organizations the right to demand vacation credit when income drop by more than 30%.
