a bill to raise the salaries of doctors and scientists, as well as teachers and University professors, was introduced in the state Duma group of deputies from “Fair Russia”, headed by faction leader Sergei Mironov. According to the authors of the initiative, representatives of the “strategic occupations” are the most important for the country staff, and their salaries mentioned in the “may” decrees of the President.
Mironov also stressed that the implementation of the bill will be particularly relevant to pandemic coronavirus COVID-19.
