The artist had spent his last days at Burbank Hospital in Los Angeles, where he was lying in an artificial coma connected to a ventilator. The gossip portal “TMZ” confirms that the disease was Covid-19.

The singer’s family had believed until the very end that Chris Trousdale would recover. However, a singer’s spokeswoman has now confirmed that Trousdale died on the morning of June 2 in a Los Angeles hospital and that she now had to announce the singer’s death with a heavy heart on behalf of the family. The spokeswoman did not mention the cause of death. Trousdale had acted as an actor and singer on the various stages of New York at an early age before he made his breakthrough in the music industry in 1999 with his bandmates Jesse McCartney, Greg Raposo, Matt Ballinger, Frankie Galasso, Louis Baldonieri and Brian Lukow. The teen band “Dream Street” released a total of 2 albums between 1999 and 2002 before being dissolved due to a lawsuit between the parents of the musicians and the managers of the group.
