Heidi Klum is a German model, moderator and entrepreneur. She has lived in the U.S. since 1993 and is a U.S. citizen.
Heidi Klum was born in Bergisch-Gladbach in North Rhine-Westphalia, where she also spent her childhood. She still has a very intimate relationship with her parents Günther and Erna, who have always supported her in childhood. Heidi Klum graduated from high school in Bergisch-Gladbach.
Heidi Klum’s career began in 1992 by participating in the RTL casting show “Model ’92”. The TV show was created in collaboration with the New York model agency Metropolitan, the women’s magazine “Petra” and “Gottschalk Late Night”, a late night talk show with moderator Thomas Gottschalk. Heidi Klum prevailed over 25,000 competitors in the show’s competition. She won a three-year contract as a photo model and $ 300,000. Just one year later, the Bergisch-Gladbacher moved to the USA in favor of her early career, where she still lives today.
